Living Point has the following policies related to the products purchased through website livingpoint.ae

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.

“Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE”

‘’We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency’

‘’The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency”.

It is your responsibility to keep your account safe and secure.  Durabella Furniture Industries L.L.C does do not take responsibility for how your account details are used.  You are solely responsible for all activities that happen under your account.  

 

Buying Products

When you buy a product through our website, you agree to pay the price listed for the product. You must provide accurate details that will help us to fulfill the order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation from our side.  Durabella Furniture Industries L.L.C reserves the right to cancel the order, without citing a reason.

Make sure that you enter accurate billing and shipping details including VAT information if any.  If there are errors in address and a shipment gets returned, additional shipping charges may have to be borne by the shopper for the fulfillment of the order placed.

The price featured on the website is all in Arab Emirate Dirhams. UAE VAT will be added on checkout. Prices exclude duties, taxes, or any other charges imposed by governments or third parties if the product needs to be shipped outside UAE and should be borne by the shopper.

Shipping Policy

The shipments are carried out by third-party shipping agencies.  Upon receipt of your product, you may be asked to sign a delivery receipt as proof of delivery. Currently, we ship only within the city limits of UAE.  Any purchases made outside of UAE or outside the city limits of UAE may incur additional shipping and handling costs. Any purchases made in such a manner will be held for shipping cost calculations and will be fulfilled only once the shipping charges are agreed upon and paid in advance. We may not be able to ship to certain courtiers due to governmental policies of UAE as well as destination countries.  Please check with us to see if your country can not receive shipments from UAE.

 

(Website) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Delivery times depend on the item ordered. Usually shipped within 10-15 days. 

 

Cancellation of orders placed

Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policies are as follows:

  • We accept returns within 5 days of the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization number.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return process will be processed only after we receive the item(s) in good condition
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Please note, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the damage along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.

Products that are damaged during transit should be immediately reported through email (info@livingpoint.ae).  Claims reported within 24 hours of the shipment only will be honoured and proof of damaged shipment (photo/video) may have to be submitted to us for verification.

It is very important to note that no returns apply to discounted products, except in the case of a damaged shipment. No replacement/return for complimentary or free products, when offered.

Changes in Policy

Livingpoint.ae reserves the right to amend/remove terms and policies without prior or post notices.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE
